Hungarian Innovations through history

Partnering with VG3 Consulting in Budapest and ArchEnerg of Szeged, Hungary we are collaborating to seek ways to help Hungarian Innovations expand into the North American market.

One of the most important aspects to make the Hungarian economy grow internally, is to find ways to commercialize Hungarian Innovations and to support Research and Development. A successful "Made in Hungary" strategy could help the Hungarian economy become stronger and lower its dependence on Multinationals.

Hungary plans to spend 10% of EU cohesion and structural funds on R&D and innovation in the 2014-2020 period. As portfolio.hu reported in July, R&D spending in Hungary grew by 8.1% y/y to an all-time-high of HUF 363.7bn ( EUR 1.21bn ) in 2012. The figure accounted for 1.29% of the GDP in 2012, slightly up from 1.2% a year earlier. The improvement came exclusively on account of the private sector, which boosted R&D spending by 13.6% y/y. Research and development expenditure (% of GDP) in Hungary was reported at 1.3776 % in 2015, according to the World Bank from the collection of development indicators, compiled from officially recognized sources. The Hungarian Canadian Chamber of Commerce with its partners plans to help innovative companies and inventors increase their visibility through our services. Part of our strategy will be to take advantage of the domain name HungarianInnovations.com which we own, making it easier for potential partners and investors to get information about Hungarian Innovations.

The objective is to increase awareness of Hungarian innovations and therefore increase the commercial viability of these innovations.
